Welcome to The AI Edge Network LLC. By accessing this website, purchasing any program or product, joining our community, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access our website or purchase our products or services.

To purchase, access, or participate in any program, product, or service offered by The AI Edge Network LLC, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information
• Comply with all program, community, and platform rules
• Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

By purchasing or accessing any product or service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

The AI Edge Network LLC offers digital education programs, done-for-you AI build services, AI-powered tools and products, community access, and associated resources. These include but are not limited to:

• The AI Edge Intensive — a self-paced digital education program covering agents, apps, and automations
• Done-For-You AI Builds — custom AI operating systems, framework tools, and apps built by Jenn Eastmond for clients
• App Library Products — AI-powered tools including CloseSignal AI, The Authority Shelf, AD Pulse, and others
• The AI Author Accelerator — a program for writing and publishing a book using AI
• The Performance Edge — a performance and productivity platform
• Speaking and Consulting Services — keynotes, workshops, and strategy engagements

The AI Edge Network LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any program or product at any time. Content may be updated to reflect new tools, platforms, or strategies.

All content, materials, frameworks, tools, and systems created or distributed by The AI Edge Network LLC are the intellectual property of The AI Edge Network LLC, including but not limited to:

• Video content, course materials, and session recordings
• Frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary systems
• Prompts, AI tools, agents, and workflows developed by Jenn Eastmond
• Templates, guides, workbooks, and downloadable resources
• Written content, graphics, and branding materials
• The AI Edge brand, AI Build Boss brand, and all associated trademarks

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal-use license only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, record, teach from, or publish any portion of our materials without prior written permission from The AI Edge Network LLC.

By purchasing any product or service from The AI Edge Network LLC, you agree to the following payment terms:

• You agree to pay the full program or product fee at the time of purchase, or honor any payment plan arrangement selected at checkout
• Payment plans are a courtesy and the full balance remains owed regardless of your participation in the program
• Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card information
• If financing is arranged through a third-party provider, that agreement is separate and binding regardless of your participation
• Pricing is subject to change. Promotional pricing applies only at the time of purchase

The AI Edge Network LLC strives to deliver exceptional value through all programs and products. Due to the digital nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies:

• Digital Programs: All sales are final once access is granted. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided
• Done-For-You Builds: Deposits are non-refundable. Project fees are governed by the scope agreement signed prior to the build commencing
• App Library Products: All digital product sales are final
• Exceptional Circumstances: Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate payment or verified billing errors, submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Chargebacks: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks after receiving access, except in cases of verified fraudulent transactions

Participants removed from any program or community for violating these terms or community guidelines are not eligible for refunds.

All community spaces associated with The AI Edge Network LLC — including Skool, social media groups, and any other platforms — are professional environments. As a member you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and professionalism
• Not harass, discriminate against, or make personal attacks on other members
• Not promote unrelated products or services within community spaces
• Not share community content, screenshots, or recordings outside the platform without permission
• Not collect leads or solicit business from community members
• Respect the intellectual property of The AI Edge Network LLC and other members

The AI Edge Network LLC reserves the right to remove any member who violates community standards without notice and without refund.

For clients engaging The AI Edge Network LLC for done-for-you AI builds, the following terms apply:

• All build engagements begin with a strategy call and signed scope agreement
• The scope agreement defines deliverables, timeline, and investment
• Work outside the agreed scope is subject to additional fees
• Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, access credentials, and necessary content
• Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines without adjustment to fees
• Upon completion and final payment, client owns the delivered build. The AI Edge Network LLC retains the right to reference the project as portfolio work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• The AI Edge Network LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes from any build

Our programs and services involve the use of artificial intelligence tools and systems. By using these tools you acknowledge the following:

• AI-generated content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• AI tools may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it
• The AI Edge Network LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
• AI tools and platforms used in our programs are subject to their own terms of service and may change over time

The AI Edge Network LLC provides education, tools, strategies, and build services. We do not guarantee specific results, income, business outcomes, or performance improvements. Results depend entirely on individual effort, application, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Testimonials and case studies shared on our website or in our programs reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results for all participants.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Edge Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or technical failures.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days prior to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.

The AI Edge Network LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website, programs, or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
